We offer you double bedroom apartment in Omis. Apartment has 80 square meters, and includes two bedrooms, living room, kitchen with dinning, and toilet with bathroom.

In the entrance of the apartment is terrace surrounded with beautiful garden. Apartment has a large balcony (connected to one room and living room) with view to city sandy beach, island of Brac and crystal Adriatic sea.

Apartment has (reserved) two parking places (for passenger car). Parking lot is situated just above our house.

Center of Omis in only 10 minutes by foot and 5 minutes by car.

Prices are inclusive of:

- air condition

- all taxes including the Sojourn Tax (according to Croatian Law, guests are required to pay the Sojourn Tax when paying for their accommodation)

- water and electricity

- unlimited Internet usage (WiFi)

- parking place in our parking lot (for two passenger cars)

- final cleaning of the apartment

- sheets and towels (1 set per week)

- detergent and sponge for washing dishes, soap and toilet paper

 

From June to September, arrivals/departures are organized on Saturdays (minimum stay in that period is one week).
